This property is in a great location for your holiday. It is in the heart of Broadstairs, moments from the restaurants, the town, mini golf, and, of course, Morelli's.
The communal areas of the building have been completed beautifully by the developer, and I'm sure you will find that as you walk through the front door, the grandeur of the space and the size of the building will set your mind at rest.
There is a lift for those with luggage (all of you) and those of you that may find the stairs a little difficult. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment front door but why not take it easy and hitch a ride in the elevator!
Parking is a big plus with this property. We have a designated off-street parking space, which will see you effortlessly slide the car into the rear carpark of the building, lock up, and get on with your day or evening. You will also not have to search high and low for a parking spot on the street (which you would need to pay for). We only have designated parking for one car. If possible, arrive in one car.
Please noteβcharging e-scooters and electric bikes in the apartments or communal areas is strictly prohibited. This is an insurance stipulation, and any guests found to be charging these items will be asked to leave and their holiday cancelled, with no refund applicable.
