The Montefiore has so much to offer, nestled in a quiet spot between Ramsgate and Broadstairs.
This budget two bedroom cottage feel apartment occupies the whole ground floor of the building so has plenty of space. Boasting a generous living area and dining space as well a separate kitchen with all the amenities. There is direct access to the patio from the kitchen doors and also easy parking on the road.
There are two large bedrooms, one super-king, one king and a family shower room. The bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of hanging space for longer stays. There is also an additional WC from the hall.
Situated just on the edge of the lovely King George IV memorial park, it's a great spot for families and couples who love to be by the coast but a little further out of the hustle and bustle. You can easily walk to both Broadstairs and Ramsgate in around 20 minutes along the viking trail coastal path or cycle in under 10 minutes.
The park itself which is just a minutes walk away has a cafe, childrens play park, scenic walks and a Victorian Italianate glasshouse which is a must see.
