Welcome to Beach Mews, a dog friendly modern three-storey townhouse perfectly positioned for a relaxing Broadstairs coastal stay. Newly built and beautifully decorated throughout, this spacious home sits just a short stroll from the sandy beach and lively town centre an ideal base for families, friends, or groups of up to eight guests (maximum six adults).
Step inside to a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area equipped with everything you need for easy holiday living, including a Nespresso machine for slow morning coffees. The adjoining living space features large bi-fold doors that open directly onto a private patio with outdoor seating a lovely spot for breakfast in the sun or a relaxed drink after the beach. A handy utility room on the ground floor makes rinsing off sandy clothes simple, and there’s also a small WC for convenience.
The first floor includes a cosy twin bedroom, a comfortable double bedroom, and a modern family bathroom. You’ll also find a dedicated TV room with a large screen and sofa bed perfect for movie nights or as an additional sleeping space if requested in advance.
Head up to the second floor to discover the generous king-size master suite, complete with its own contemporary en-suite shower room. A desk area is also provided for quick work tasks before you head out to enjoy the coast.
Two rare private parking spaces sit right outside the front door an invaluable benefit in Broadstairs, where parking can be hard to find. Once parked, you can walk everywhere: the golden beach is just a few minutes away, and Broadstairs’ charming cafés, restaurants, and independent shops are right at the end of the road. There is also a large green space just to the left of the row of houses, super convenient for popping the dog out for a quick morning walk.

Broadstairs has so much to offer with its many eateries and bars, blue flag sandy beach and lots of independently run shops and boutiques. As well as all the usual seaside shops you'd expect including a place to buy your buckets and spades, amazing fish and chips and the best ice cream around - Morellis!
