The Prospect is the perfect seaside sanctuary – brilliantly located for the beach, and with plenty of space for families to enjoy.  The Prospect offers a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need, inc. a washing machine, and with a comfortable dining room / lounge with TV to relax in after a day by the sea.   The ground floor also has the addition of a WC and shower room.

On the first floor you will find a double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, and a bedroom with a single bed that pulls out to reveal a full-size cabin bed. There is also a bathroom on this floor, with WC and shower / bath.  

The large garden offers a great space for kids to play and overlooks quiet allotments. It has a BBQ, and dining table with parasol and is the perfect spot for sunny evening dining (if you are not already tempted by the many high-quality options to eat and drink in the town).

This property couldn't be in a better location, it's 75 metres from the town centre and 150 metres from the beach, so you have everything you need for the perfect holiday just moments from your front door.

Broadstairs has so much to offer with its many eateries and bars, blue flag sandy beaches and lots of independently run shops and boutiques.

There is no allocated parking with this property but you can pull up outside to unload and then park on one of the esplanades or local car parks.

Over the years we have discovered great cycling routes and links (including the 32km Viking Trail), meaning we didn’t even need our car to discover the area.”
